Our school underwent a full Ofsted inspection in October 2022, and we are delighted to announce and celebrate that Northfleet Technology College was judged to be ‘Good’ in all areas.
Inspectors were particularly impressed with the following areas, highlighting them as strengths and offering comments of praise:
- 'Students are safe, happy and well cared for. They are proud of their school.'
- 'Leaders have exceedingly high expectations. They know their staff and pupils well. They are ambitious and supportive of both.'
- 'Boys are actively encouraged to be 'curious, creative and caring'.'
- 'The well-being, welfare and safety of pupils are a high priority for the school.'
- 'Clear routines and systems contribute significantly to pupils' good behaviour and ensure they are 'prepared, polite and productive'.'
- 'Parents comment positively on the school's support for pupil's mental well-being'
- 'The curriculum extends beyond the academic and actively supports pupils' broader personal development. The extra curricular and enrichment offer is extensive.'
