Mr Earley Wins Basketball England South East Player Development Coach of the Year

NTC is proud to celebrate the success of former pupil Mr Earley, who has been named Basketball England South East Player Development Coach of the Year. Now a valued member of staff at the school, this award recognises his outstanding commitment to developing young players and supporting the next generation of talent.

Mr Earley attended NTC from Year 7 to Year 14, and successfully graduated from the NTC Basketball Academy. His journey reflects the Academy’s core ethos of giving back and paying forward—a belief that those who benefit from the programme go on to inspire and support others.

Continuing his passion for the sport, Mr Earley now plays for a National League Division 2 team. Alongside his playing career, he coaches the Kent Crusaders U16s and leads the NTC Basketball Academy’s 2nd team, where he is known for his dedication, high expectations, and ability to motivate young athletes.

His achievement is a powerful example of what it means to be part of the NTC Basketball Academy: to grow, to succeed, and then to use that success to lift others. The whole NTC community is incredibly proud of him.
