Thursday 24 August 2023 GCSE Results Day 2023 Northfleet Technology College is extremely proud of all our students’ achievements at the end of their studies. This year has seen a significant rise in the number of students achieving Grade 4 in English and Maths, up by 10% from the last comparable published figures. We are especially proud that the achievement of students at all levels has continued to increase significantly over the same period, with special mention to Luca for averaging a Grade 9 across all his subject. Results for our Sixth Formers have also maintained a high bar, with The London Institute of Banking & Finance again commending our students achievements with the awarding of three scholarships. We look forward to welcoming back our largest ever cohort into our Sixth Form in September, and those moving onto University has continued to increase significantly on previous years. Friday 19 May 2023 Going for Gold... We are delighted to announce that Northfleet Technology College has achieved the School Games Gold Mark Award for the 2022/23 academic year. The School Games Mark is a Government-led award scheme launched in 2012, facilitated by the Youth Sport Trust to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our success. With an increasing number of our students competing in local, national and international competitions this year, we are extremely proud of our pupils for their dedication to all aspects of school sport, including those young volunteers, leaders and officials who made our competitions possible. As part of our application, we were asked to fulfil criteria in the areas of participation, competition, workforce and clubs, and we are pleased that the hard work of everyone at our school has been rewarded this year.
