IBCP Pathway

The International Baccalaureate IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) is a flexible pathway available that can create a route into university, employment or apprenticeships.

It is for students who wish to engage in career-related learning while gaining transferable and lifelong skills that are greatly valued by employers.

To take this pathway you must choose two IB Diploma subjects from the list below, then a further two vocational subjects.

You will also take the IB Core. This is the part of this pathway that makes it so much more than a collection of academic course and why employers and Universities value it. It consists of the following components (click on each for more details):

IB Diploma Subjects

We currently offer 8 options for our IB Diploma subjects. Students will choose 2 of the following subjects to study, alongside the IB Core and 2 Vocational subjects from the Level 3 subjects list.
