Our unswerving commitment to high quality and innovative teaching and learning for every student has led to some outstanding results in recent years. More comprehensive information on our exam performance is published by the DfE and can be found here.

Notes:

1. This is based on students with a GCSE grade 4+ in English, maths, 2 sciences, a language, and history or geography. All students at NTC are free to study this combination.

2. No progress for GCSE English and Maths resits in 2022 as the baseline would be Centre Assessed Grades (CAGs) awarded during the pandemic.

3. All qualifications in the A level cohort are included in the ‘Academic’ measure, along with other academic qualifications such as the IB.

4. This measure includes all vocational subjects such as BTECs.

5. This measure is for a few vocational subjects where it would not be appropriate to measure students’ progress based on prior attainment as there is no direct link.
